Our pharmacists will counsel you or your agent about medications in person at the time of pick up. If you are receiving orders by delivery, the pharmacy will make arrangements to speak with you by phone before you start your medication. This applies to prescriptions as well as over-the-counter medications.

Transferring your prescription is fast and easy! Using the information you submit, we contact your pharmacy to obtain your prescription. In the pharmacy world, this is known as a “transfer.” We then fill your prescription as usual and have it delivered to you while you’re at home.
Prescriptions can be transferred to Green Valley Pharmacy from any pharmacy in Canada. Narcotics cannot be transferred.
Deliveries are sent out on weekday afternoons with the driver (no deliveries on holidays), who will require a signature from the recipient. Credit card payments for purchases may be made over the phone or via the driver’s mobile payment machine. When payments are processed by phone, receipts will be sent with your order. Cash-on-delivery is also acceptable if arranged ahead of time.
In general, any purchases that have left the pharmacy are not refundable. In the case of damaged products, we will replace the item(s) as soon as possible or refund you if a replacement is not possible or reasonable. For specific inquiries, please contact the store.
